When we launched this website, we were excited to offer customers what we had long sought and rarely discovered...a retailer that offered the products we had grown to love, where the price that is advertised is the same price at checkout.
Is there a minimum amount that needs to be purchased to qualify for Free Shipping?
Whether you order 1 bottle or 10 bottles...all orders receive Free Shipping. No need to purchase a case of room odorizers or a minimum of $75 or more to receive preferred status at our site. All of our customers are provided with Free Shipping regardless of quantity purchased.
How will my credit card be billed as?
Your charge will appear on your credit card statement as LX Enterprises.
Is the packaging discreet?
All products are shipped in plain brown packaging from Shipper LX Enterprises.
Is my credit card information secure when I make a purchase?
Our site is partnered with 1FreeCart.com, that also hosts a store where we offer the same products at the same prices. When you transmit your payment information, it is encrypted with SSL Technology, which is required to securely transmit credit card transactions. Your information goes directly to our payment processor for approval. We never have access to any of your credit card information besides the type of card used and the shipping address information you specify.
Same Day Shipping
Orders made Mon thru Fri by 5 pm Central time are mailed out the same day. On Sat, orders made by Noon, are mailed the same day.
Return/Claim Policy
You have found a reputable online
retailer, offering the best prices online, and reliable, fast, discreet
billing and shipping. In order to continue to provide the best prices
online, we have instituted a very strict return and claim policy.
First, if you receive a damaged product, you must email us within 24
hrs of receipt of product, and mail it back to us at the return address
on the package, at your expense. Package must be postmarked within 2
days of receipt. When the product is received back in our office, we
will determine whether the product will be replaced. This will be a
case-by-case determination. Our judgment on whether the claim is
legitimate or not, is final. If a replacement order is granted, the
replacement will be provided but shipping and handling costs will be
paid by buyer on the replacement order of $5.99.
Additionally,
it is your responsibility to provide an mailing address that is secure.
We receive delivery confirmation on all shipments. If you do not
receive the product once it is has been confirmed as delivered, we will
not provide a replacement order. If on the other hand, the package is
lost in transit and no delivery confirmation is provided to us, we will
re-ship at no cost to you. (As of yet, no product has been lost in
transit to any customer).
